Purchased used vehicle and was told it was in great shape and they only had to do one thing to it. Drove it for 5 months and check engine light came on. Took it to a local mechanic and he said it looks like and they only had to do one thing to it. Drove it for 5 months and check engine light came on. Took it to a local mechanic and he said it looks like the spark plugs and coil had never been changed in the vehicle and it was causing a misfire and a bunch of codes to show up. Luckily compression test passed and I could fix it (over $2000 later). If you have to buy used get an independent inspection. Lesson learned! More

We arrived on the lot and were left alone for about 10 to 15 mins. to look at the car. We went inside with sales person who offer us coffee or hot chocolate , and set down to make a deal on our new car. Every thing went extremely well, met with the sales manager who was just great as well. If you want a good deal on any car go to Murrays and get treated. like you should be greeted John Fuller More

I left a message that my engine light was on in December. No return call. I took it to a mechanic who performed diagnostic tests aa I was about to head out on a trip and once he looked at it he said to have No return call. My appointment was for 930 am and at 3 they called to tell me to come and pick up my vehicle because they would not have time to look at it. When I asked why they said they were too busy. I said but I made an appointment for today. They did not even apologize or offer another appointment, not even when I went to get my keys. I've been in the service industry most of my life and find this non service deplorable. I have gone to this dealer for a while but no longer. More

Learned the hard lesson that Certified Pre Owned does not mean you will get a car that doesn't have a slipping transmission or even that the heat in the automobile will work. Beware. Took car in on Saturday May 14/2022 because engine light was on ,received phone call at around 11:00 am was told it was a battery voltage issue, they didn't have the part it was going to be delivered today was on ,received phone call at around 11:00 am was told it was a battery voltage issue, they didn't have the part it was going to be delivered today ( May 17/2022) just received phone call and NO part delivered said hopefully tomorrow. Wondering how I am supposed to get to work considering they don't even have courtesy cars available. My car is a 3018 with less then 11,500 km. I have purchased two brand new vehicles from GM and had them serviced here. They are absolutely brutal. I think it's actually GM the entire company.
