Morrey Nissan of Coquitlam Ltd responded

Thank you for sharing your experience. We received your Better Business Bureau complaint and returned the original paperwork showing that you declined the optional Experience Based Refund (EBR). Your initials were beside the box declining this option, and your signature was at the bottom of the page. You were not charged the extra cost for the EBR. Although we recommend the EBR option to our customers, we don't force them to take it. Our records indicate that you voluntarily declined this option. There was also never a mention of the warranty being supplied by Nissan. We have contacted you on several occasions regarding this matter. We encourage all of our clients to go over their paperwork to make sure that everything checks out. There is a limited time to correct errors or change your mind about certain items. Unfortunately, after 6 years, there is absolutely nothing we can do. We do not control the EBR refunds, as they are issued by the warranty supplier. Since the EBR fee was not paid, the option was declined, and the warranty has expired, they are unable to issue any sort of refund or partial credit. We apologize for the misunderstanding. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please contact our General Manager, Roger Bhajan, at 604-464-9291.
