My husband and I were looking for a new car - I especially like Nissans having had two previously, and we were greeted by Andrew Mah right when we entered the lot. I was going to purchase the Altima at West Coast Nissan in Pitt Meadows and had such a terrible experience with the service. I had left the dealership but still really liked the car so my wife and I decid in Pitt Meadows and had such a terrible experience with the service. Martin went over every part of the car to show me what every button did, Ash was the nicest car salesman I have ever met and Windy was great in the office. Andrew Mah, our car salesman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I had previously been in a serious car accident and suffer from whiplash and back issues; it was extremely important that knowledgeable and patient. I had previously been in a serious car accident and suffer from whiplash and back issues; it was extremely important that I find a vehicle that had a head rest that did not push my head forward and a seat that provided good lumbar support. This was explained to Andrew and he knew that it would take me some time to be able to find a vehicle that I would be able to sit in and actually drive. Andrew was very patient with me as I tried many different vehicles from many different brands and spent a lot of time trying the Nissan Rogue on probably 6 different occasions. Andrew was never pushy and he is one of the few car salesmen that actually listens to the customer and remembers what he/she has to say. I never felt any pressure from Andrew to make a purchase which was a pleasant surprise as some sales people are like dealing with a barracuda. Andrew was always available to take any phone calls and to explain different options and the workings of the vehicle. Andrew went out of his way to find us the vehicle that we wanted and at the best price possible. I would not hesitate to deal with Andrew again and I will definitely recommend him to any of my friends who are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Went to the dealership in fall of 2012 to check out a newer used Frontier. Sales staff was rude upon attendance; vehicle was NOT inspected and absolutely filthy inside - not as described. Price was agreed to over the phone - in person however, they raised the price over $1500 and were "firm" even after all the flaws in the vehicle were discovered. More
