I have been dealing with Morrey... for the last couple of years and have found that they write on there invoices that they have checked for recalls or notices of the Rogues, they hide by not giving you the proper info and then put on your next invoice, that there where no recalls as such..but when you talk to other company's that are affilated with nissan they are more honest ...they then tell you ahead of time of your appointment or before your next service, the Morrey nissan group, to me, as i see it all they want is the mighty buck ....the heck with quality customer service therefore. I will not be returning to the Morrey group ever again. All i want when i go to a place for service is honesty . pretty sad when they out right lie to you and charge you for things you didn't want... they come back with well we will have to charge you for restocking and the labour to remove and replace. when i as a customer didn't not want it in the first place .
