Lied about accidents in ad This dealership advertised a 2015 Corolla S with 'no accidents'. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to see the car. When I got there, the salesman This dealership advertised a 2015 Corolla S with 'no accidents'. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to see the car. When I got there, the salesman showed me the CarFax which showed an accident. When I inquired with him about the ad saying 'no accidents' he said 'well it didn't count I guess because the owner had it fixed himself'. He then tried to explain deductibles to me, so I stopped him and advised him the add was fraudulent and I would be contacting Consumer Protection BC. He didn't seem to understand what fraud is. So them lying about the car cost me 90 minutes of my time. I would never buy a car from these frauds because, if I caught them in this lie, what else about their used cars could they be lying about. More

Find service elsewhere... Don't go to Morrey Nissan in Burnaby! www.morreynissanburnaby.com/ In 2014 I brought in my Nissan Frontier SE 4x4 for a warranty issue. I was told that the Frontiers' transmission and radiator have a design flaw and that my transmission would need to be replaced. There is a cross contamination issue with the tranny oil and radiator fluid. I spent $4500 on the servicing. Afterwards I was told that it was fixed. Fast forward to 2017 and the same problem has occurred. Morrey Nissan did not fix my transmission! They replaced it with the exact problem ridden transmission radiator issue without addressing the original flaw. There is a fix available, but they didn't bother notifying me of it at the time. I went back to talk to them about this now that I am experiencing the same issues. The service rep told me they would do nothing about it and that I would have to spend another five grand to have it "fixed". He didn't even tell me that there was a possible fix yesterday when I went to find out about what they would do for this recurring issue. They would go ahead and install another faulty transmission. How can I trust their servicing? I could mention another instance when I went through their body shop and they lost a part without replacing it. I will not make a third mistake going back to have Morrey Nissan service a vehicle ever again. I suggest you do the same! More
