Not too impressed with sales staff Artur. I had found the special edition car I wanted online and notified the dealer. Got a call back saying they had several. Travelled out to see a car at I had found the special edition car I wanted online and notified the dealer. Got a call back saying they had several. Travelled out to see a car at the appointment time and they had another client starting their test drive at the same time. This was on the same car I was interested in. He lied to me on the phone about the model he had in stock. I was looking for a hatchback. I asked him if he could see if one was available. He didn’t even bother to look. I ended up buying the vehicle I wanted at a dealer in Surrey. Very unimpressed with this experience and will not be back ever. Thanks for wasting my time. More
