Exceptional service. Our vehicle was very well looked after by the MJ Ford team. The service rep also went beyond by pointing out a problem developing on the hood of our Explorer and immediately made ar after by the MJ Ford team. Although they got me in quickly and fixed what was wrong in a timely fashion what was wrong was a factory recall and I was charged $209.95. When I asked if I should be getting charged for a recall the servi in a timely fashion what was wrong was a factory recall and I was charged $209.95. When I asked if I should be getting charged for a recall the service manager said no but there was 2 issues. There was absolutely not 2 issues, I am very mechanically capable and had several conversations about what was wrong and what they were doing about it. There was a related issues with the countdown to limp mode not stopping after code was cleared but the code was ABSOLUTELY related to the recall and when NOX sensor was reflashed the code went out.
