Above and beyond! Quick and painless!! We called inquiring about trading in our 2011 vehicle , we were greeted by Georgina and she answered all our questions and set us up an apt a few nig We called inquiring about trading in our 2011 vehicle , we were greeted by Georgina and she answered all our questions and set us up an apt a few nights later to go in and see the 2014 grand caravan. We were supposed to be going to look and ask questions but two hours went by and we were on our way home with our new vehicle :). From start to finish Georgina went above and beyond and got us a great deal on our new vehicle and a great trade for our old one. She was very friendly and had great product knowledge. Once our deal was done we had to now do business in the finance office which is usually a pretty serious place lol, not this time Doug Ellis was FANTASTIC! Very professional but comical at the same time.. Had a few good chuckles while we were finishing up the paperwork. Georgina contacted us one day in a follow up to an inquiry we made in the past. She was very efficient and awesome to work with, especially since we were doing everything over the phone and email because we live 3 hours outside Moncton. She really listened when we told her what we were looking for in a vehicle, she found us the perfect vehicle to match our needs and gave us a very good trade in value. Dealing with Jeanette in finance was equally as impressive, she was very friendly and really went to bat for us when dealing with the banks. Picking up the vehicle was a very smooth and quick process, everything was ready for us when we arrived. Georgina and Jeanette were just as friendly and professional in person as on the phone. Mike calle me towards the end of July and came up with a package on the Jeep Cherokee that was the price point I was looking for and quite frankly, the vehicle I was looking for.
