Sorry for the misunderstanding Mike. I have read through the correspondence and it seems the difference is the website defaults to WEEKLY and your quote was BI-WEEKLY. There is no opportunity for dealers to profit $5,000 on 2 door Wranglers. We pride ourselves on being the place to save and focus on customer service with volume. No apology required. The price I was quoted on your website was BI-WEEKLY which was in the $280 range. I am still looking for a vehicle but I am not going to pay $337 BI-WEEKLY for a vehicle your website tells me is around $280 BI-WEEKLY. That would be around $5,000 more than what is quoted. We really appreciate you choosing us for the repair to your vehicle Kate. Although we did have the note "Amherst was paying" no one had confirmed who at Amherst Chrysler was paying and no one called to give a purchase order or cc so our advisor was left guessing. When we reached out no one there knew either. Sorry about the confusion it caused, this is not a typical appointment for us where a third party commits to pay and we have to find the third party.

Sorry you weren't able to get the coverage you wanted on your Promaster. Before warranty work can be approved we need to supply the cause / concern / correction to the OEM with pictures and mileage. Where the vehicle was bogged in mud from getting stuck the OEM declined the Moncton Chrysler the autorizatino to do any repair based on the overall condition of the vehicle. Other options would be to try insurance where the vehicle needed towed out or have someone dig out the subframe and mounts and retry a with the OEM. Best of luck, we hope you can get it repaired.
