I can't say enough positive things and I consistently tell people about how great my experiences have been. After my most recent purchase Richard went out of his way to track down an accessory add-on that was misplaced at the original dealer in Nova Scotia, it wasn't something he had to do at all, but within a couple hours of me mentioning it to him he had it resolved. On top of all that, Jeanette had immediate and confident answers to all of my warranty and finance related questions which relieved any lingering anxiety I had related to a new vehicle purchase.
