Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experiences and expressing your frustrations. We share the same frustration as we often miss customer expectations with appointment times. Depending on the reason for the appointment there are 3 parts. 1. Appointment time with Advisor where you explain the issues 2. Advisor build the repair order for the technician, checks for available parts, prepares information if there is warranty and submits it for approval. 3. Once we receive approval, parts and the ok the technicain will begin the repair. However, there is sometimes considerable time between all those steps depending on the amount of back and forth required. We are ALWAYS looking for ways to improve the service experience and shorten repair and wait times.
