Terrible service! I Brought my truck in for repair and dropped if off at 8:00 am .It was only for tire rotation and a small issue with gas tank .Gas tank is slow to fil I Brought my truck in for repair and dropped if off at 8:00 am .It was only for tire rotation and a small issue with gas tank .Gas tank is slow to fill gas.They called me at 4 and said your truck is apart and we didn't find any issue.They said we can put your truck together and you would need to bring it back if you dont want to leave it over rhe night.I informed the service representative that I have to work in the morning and will need a way around.I was told by my salesman when I bought my truck at Moncton Crysler that we will give you a loaner car if needed . .He said that's the special perk from buying a car from us .I asked the service Representative about a loaner car he said we don't offer that.I asked to speak to a Manger they would not let me speak to one.I asked for a shuttle or a taxi to get to work in the morning. The guy said no problem. we can arrange that.I waited nobody was called I called the taxi company and they didn't have any cab ordered.They called me later on in the day and said they couldn't find any issue .They implied that my wife couldn't pump gas .I said I was the one pumping gas and went to 5 or 6 different gas stations.The cost was 520 dollars to not find the issue.I will not be buying a truck from this dealership again as I feel I was lied to about having a loaner car if needed to get to work .
