Great Experience I was into Moncton Chrysler today to purchase an 2016 Cherokee. this is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealer over the years and I have I was into Moncton Chrysler today to purchase an 2016 Cherokee. this is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealer over the years and I have had the same salesman every time. Richard Steeves has been my salesman for each purchase and every time he has made the experience a pleasure. Buying a car is not my favorite activity but he make me feel at ease and I trust his opinion and his recommendations. I hope he is there when I get the next one. I find the dealership to be a great dealer but it is the sales and service experience that keeps me returning every time I go to buy a new vehicle. Michael More

Re: Bad service... again I took my van ( 2014 grand caravan) in for something that was repaired already supposedly, I did not have an appointment as the problem arose when tak I took my van ( 2014 grand caravan) in for something that was repaired already supposedly, I did not have an appointment as the problem arose when taking my wife to work so I assumed a simple fix would be pretty simple. I talked to the service guy, I was given the impression I was bothering him more than anything because I didn't have an appointment. I explained that I had appointments at the hospital for my two kids and my van was a necessity to me to get my kids around and get to work via the highway later, service guy didn't care, I was bothering him. I asked him for a loaner to take the pressure off of shuttling my kids around, it was a stone cold no, (but I heard a guy that came in after me ask and amazingly there was one, but his car was newer since my van was 1 1/2 year old). I asked how long it would be and got "maybe later but more likely tomorrow, if we have time" a lot. I have not had a lot of very good service with this place (there was one service guy that was great to me, can't remember his name now, he seemed very genuine in customer service) More
