Mike wasted no time getting my options in order and kept in touch to keep me updated on progress. In less than a week (with the help of the lovely Suzanne Beggs!) I had financing and test drove a vehicle. My life and work schedule (like many!) is crazy and all over the place, but they were always available. My questions and concerns after the test drive were immediately dealt with; no impatience or hesitation and I was in my car within 24 hours. Everything was seamless and stress free! :) More

Purchase of a new Ram i went in to Moncton Chrysler to inquire about a new truck, I was greated by a salesman John Thorley, he was very friendly , helpful and could answer i went in to Moncton Chrysler to inquire about a new truck, I was greated by a salesman John Thorley, he was very friendly , helpful and could answer all my questions about what I was looking for, I then left the dealership to think things over and John respected that and didn't pressure me , that I really appreciated, after a few days he called me back and with the help of Mike they were able to get me the term and a price I was confortable with, so I agreed to by it, when i came back to the dealership to sign the paper work I was guided through all that by Jeanette in finance , she was also very nice , she knows her job really well and she was well organized and this made this process seamless, this is the second new truck I by from this dealership and when it comes time to trade again this is where I will go , had great friendly service!
