I can't say enough positive things and I consistently tell people about how great my experiences have been. After my most recent purchase Richard went out of his way to track down an accessory add-on that was misplaced at the original dealer in Nova Scotia, it wasn't something he had to do at all, but within a couple hours of me mentioning it to him he had it resolved. On top of all that, Jeanette had immediate and confident answers to all of my warranty and finance related questions which relieved any lingering anxiety I had related to a new vehicle purchase. Re: oilchange I took my van in today, waited a while to get one of the service people to assist me, there was only one other person there and all the other service I took my van in today, waited a while to get one of the service people to assist me, there was only one other person there and all the other service guys were busy I guess. When he was giving me the rundown of the oil change I was getting hit for other stuff which I knew nothing about. When I refused service because I didn't have the time right then the service guy got a little hostile. This was quite unnecessary and not my first bad experience with this dealership.
