Sorry you weren't able to get the coverage you wanted on your Promaster. Before warranty work can be approved we need to supply the cause / concern / correction to the OEM with pictures and mileage. Where the vehicle was bogged in mud from getting stuck the OEM declined the Moncton Chrysler the autorizatino to do any repair based on the overall condition of the vehicle. Other options would be to try insurance where the vehicle needed towed out or have someone dig out the subframe and mounts and retry a with the OEM. Best of luck, we hope you can get it repaired.
