I gave Mike a call and in a very short time I was getting the answers I needed (I am from out of town and I always need to understand everything very detailed). I was very specific in what I wanted but they were able to find it and gave me a good deal on mine. His follow up service (detailing, plates, follow up services) is spot on! Paul took the time to know what we were interested in, what our concerns were, and brought in the team members needed to complete this deal quickly and efficiently (never had to wait long at all!) Doug was very helpful during the paperwork/finance items. Bringing a child during the buying process can be challenging at times, he was entertaining, engaging, and brought lots of laughter! We were unsure at first about our purchase. Was it right for us? Was it a good deal? but bottom line, Paul and team took the time to give us the options to make a great decision and we now know the 2015 Dodge Journey is a great vehicle and a great buy! More
