BEWARE!! This is the worst dealership you can ever think of dealing with. They made a deal with us on the 2018 Laramie Longhorn the last day of the month (Feb This is the worst dealership you can ever think of dealing with. They made a deal with us on the 2018 Laramie Longhorn the last day of the month (Feb 28, 2018). They were very desperate to make the deal because they didn’t meet their quota for the month so agreed on the price we were getting from Toronto. They did a hard credit check, took a $2,000 deposit on the credit card before close on Feb 28th, and said we will send the guy in the morning to pick you up and then you can drive back in your new truck. The sales rep called at 11am the next morning and said I have a bad news……we can’t honor the same price anymore because the rebate program from Chrysler has changed and the pricing has gone up. I said what is this about?? My deal was done yesterday so it would fall under February and not March. He didn’t have a good answer but kept apologizing. He returned our deposit but we were back into a hole. The manager was so coward that he won’t even speak to us but instead had the sales rep call us and apologize. In short……DO NOT DEAL with Moncton Chrysler. They didn’t know how to run a dealership, so BEWARE!! They are a bunch of CHEATERS!! More

Very pushy It all started out ok found the vehicle I was looking for it was a decent price so I decided to make the sale, then when they brought me into the fin It all started out ok found the vehicle I was looking for it was a decent price so I decided to make the sale, then when they brought me into the financing department they were extremely pushy on their extra warranty and stuff I must have told them no 25 times and he wouldn't take no for an answer And was treating me like I was stupid for not doing it, then I found him down right rude, almost like I was wasting his time for just being there, and then after a week of owning my vehicle I had some concerns with it called them up and they basically wanted nothing to do with it they brought me in for an appointment wasted my day completely and told me there was nothing wrong, took it to my own mechanic found the brakes were completely worn out so I paid it out of pocket would not recommend them to anyone More
