Great Experience Traded my Ram 1500 in for a Jeep Wrangler here over the weekend. I appreciated the dealership is open all day Saturday, many seem to only be open part of the day or not at all during the weekend. It was my first time trading a vehicle at a dealership and I came a little unprepared, but both Richard (sales) and Victor (finance) were both patient, friendly, and walked me through the process, I'd recommend either of them to anyone car shopping. At the time of posting this dealership includes a gift when you purchase a vehicle, mostly smaller household appliances and gadgets or luggage, it was a nice gesture and I haven't seen any other dealers do this. Jason is not a pushy salesman and did not try to sway my decision either way. He took the time to gather the information that I requested on both vehicles and crunched the numbers for me. Exceptional Service Called and told this dealership I was from out of town. I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Diesel. I explained the DEF light is on and said see Called and told this dealership I was from out of town. I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Diesel. I explained the DEF light is on and said see dealer for service yet my DEF fluid is 2/3 full. It was 4pm on a Wednesday they said bring your Jeep over and drive on the second door. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and professionally. They were extremely busy at the time with servel staff scurrying around full pin. This said they had ample time for me even though I was from out of town. They explained they couldn’t look at it today which was understandable as it was now almost 5pm. They said they would do their best to look at it tomorrow as they were backed up with appointments. At 9:15am the next morning they called and explained it was the DEF wire rubbing against something and the wire was wore down to the copper it didn’t need to be replaced only repaired and I could pickup my vehicle in 2 hours. I told the service manager how pleased I was with this dealership service. In closing service like this is the reason people like myself consider buying their vehicles out of town. Brian Gregan More
