I was very disappointed by the time it took to do an oil change on my car. I was there at 10:30 as per my appointment and my car was only done at around 4:30pm. I don’t know what changed there but 6 hours More

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. You are right, if you were designated as a waiter the service time should be under 90 minutes. There may have been a miscommunication and the appointment coordinator did not mark you as a waiter which is a 16:30 promise time. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your frustration and have implemented communication options for customers to stay informed. We have text messaging available at check in as well as a link that is provided to your mobile device that updates our clients on the progress of their vehicle in instances where it is hard to reach an advisor by phone. As for the time it is something that we deal with often. As much as we would like to fix the vehicle at the appointment arrival time we need to do a soft assesment to make sure we can address the complaint with the proper technician and make sure parts are available for the repair. Once those are verified we can schedule the repair for start of service and get a proper promise time for the client. Not all repairs are simple so we need to stagger people through the day to keep customers wait times minimized. We appreciate your feedback as we are always looking to improve !

We appreciate you sharing your experience Paul as we continually look to get better. I was able to find your 3 visits, it looks like the first they diagnosed the issue and were conservative on the amount of parts to order so as to reduce the repair charge. Based on the kms of the vehicle these items can be covered with extended warranty reducing the out of pocket expense when something fails. If you would like to discuss it further with our Service Manager he would be happy to review and see what they can offer.

Sorry to hear that your experience was less than expected Gerard. We only found out the internet was down at opening and were assured by the provider it would be addresses quickly. Out of an abumdance of caution the recall was not performed in case it locked out the vehicle. We understand your frustration with the recahll and will share your feedback with the OEM.
