Moncton Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Issues with my Journey since I got it. Not even a year old and my radio shuts down , Screen goes black. They can't figure out what is wrong with it. Back and forth trying to fix it for 3 we Not even a year old and my radio shuts down , Screen goes black. They can't figure out what is wrong with it. Back and forth trying to fix it for 3 weeks. Finally get it fixed. Wait almost a year for a call back to get a recall done when they were going to order the part and call me back within 2 weeks. Called multiple times to be told the part hadn't come in yet. When I finally went back in. I had 2 recalls fixed and my sway bars as they lose. Also, mentioned my dash lights kept going on and off and the screen on my radiio was not working right. The woman kinda rolled her eyes at me and said it was because I kept my lights on auto all the time. Told me to keep a watch on iTthe screen I hear a POP! and the screen shatters. Keep in mind I am driving in the car alone. Apparently, while driving with my thumb I shattered the screen so it is my fault and they won't cover it through my warranty.. Maybe, IT WASN'T WORKING RIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS NOY REPLACED CORRECTLY IN THE 3 WEEKS IT TOOK THEM TO DO IT THE FIRST TIME. nOW, i HAVE A CAR THAT i HAVE TO PAY FOR , FOR ANOTHER FIVE YEAQRS AND CANNOT USE ANY OF THE FEATYRESS. DO NOT BUY A JOURNEY! More

PURCHASING A NEW CAR FROM MONCTON'S BEST SALESPERSON We were traveling across Canada in 2017 in a motorhome towing a car, we were 1/3 of the way through an 11 month trip, when the car we were towing beca We were traveling across Canada in 2017 in a motorhome towing a car, we were 1/3 of the way through an 11 month trip, when the car we were towing became terminally ill and had to be replaced. We didn't know any dealers in Atlantic Canada, let alone any salesperson. As we would be passing through Moncton we made a call to Moncton Chrysler Jeep and were lucky enough to be put in touch with Matt IVANY. Matt knew what we needed for a vehicle that could be safely towed and assured us he had several models in stock. When we arrived Matt met us and reassured us that he would do everything in his power to help us make our trip continue as quickly as possible. We were upset at having to replace the car and found Matt to be very calming and reassuring. He not only worked with us to get us the Jeep Wrangler we needed but he also looked after all the details to get the vehicle set up for towing behind our motorhome.
