Absolutely, Utterly disappointed! Ken Green, Michael Squires were the most unprofessional management I have ever dealt with! I was trading my 2013 ford 4DR Focus in for a CUSTOM O Ken Green, Michael Squires were the most unprofessional management I have ever dealt with! I was trading my 2013 ford 4DR Focus in for a CUSTOM Ordered 2016 Wrangler Unlimited Sport S- which I had given a Quote with rebate/ trade in value/ payout trade in/ employee preferred price worked out to a price and payment LOCKED IN- The original sales rep Dwight Peters had been working with me for 6months before we agreed the best option would be to order a custom Jeep to fit my request and budget. Unfortunately Dwight had taken leave of absence. My case was handed off to Paul Goguen who tried to work out my quote I was original given by Dwight. However they were unsuccessful! They would not ownership my guaranteed Price I was Quoted when Jeep was ordered Oct 30th 2015 -. Now that I spoke with Michael Squires regarding my break down of numbers of the price- I confronted Michael about the mistakes where the numbers not listed as I was quoted from the beginning- I was not given the proper amount for Trade in and not given my 2000.00$ rebate on top of it all original payment $225 bi-weekly was changed to $283 for 96 months-difference adding over $10,000!!! Not what I was quoted- Once I advised this- Michael become aggressive and loud! In our conversation I had advised that the Jeep was a custom order to my spec and can not just change a Quote and sell the jeep underneath me because of a mistake him and employees had made- Michael response " do what you need to do cause I'm not loosing money on a deal,-ill sell it to someone else, report me to Chrysler I don't care, do what you need to do.. here is the number and here is my name" . Moncton Chrysler needs to take ownership and provide the quality of customer service and as well as their product in which they have failed to do so..- Very unprofessional specially someone who was investing in a 45,000$ product!!!!! Love my Truck! I had a great experience at Moncton Chrylser. I had no intention of getting into a new vehicle but I heard on the radio a great promotion on new Dodge I had a great experience at Moncton Chrylser. I had no intention of getting into a new vehicle but I heard on the radio a great promotion on new Dodge Rams! I was already the owner of a 2012 Ram but went kicking tires to see and walked away with a new vehicle. My sales lady was great and found the exact truck I wanted and went the extra mile. I had nice new tires on my current truck and it was a deal breaker for me not to be able to transfer them over. She said it was no problem and had them put on the new truck. I was also very impressed in the value given on my trade in........I also got a lift kit and cover too! When it was all put together I couldn't say no........Great price, Great Service and Kick xxx Truck! I also convinced my mom and good friend to buy new vehicles that week too. and got a referral fee I wasn't expecting. More
