So much time wasted for nothing. I had an appointment today 9:30 to have my Nav system checked. It was supposed to take 2 hours. Three hours later I walked to the repair shop: my truck was yet to be looked at as they were short staffed. It had been sitting the whole time, and I was not informed or updated about the situation. Last time a tire rotation and visual brake inspection took four hours! Just outrageous. Never. Again. More

I had to speak to a call center that informed me I had a 10 am appointment and to show up 10 minutes earlier for check in.
