Well they made me go in , knowing internet is down ! After going in , they did not fix my vehicle recall , it has been over a year and the battery recall is not fixed . I had a 10:30 appointment and waited 3 1/2 hours just for an oil change. I was told at 12:00 the techs went to lunch and there were still 5 vehicles ahead of me. I bought a new 2023 Dodge Ram had issues with the battery draining as the dash and radio would not shut off when truck was off , had this problem from the 1 week I got the truck , service department told me draining as the dash and radio would not shut off when truck was off , had this problem from the 1 week I got the truck , service department told me it was my internet, this issue went on for a year and a half and about a dozen trips to dealership,they never did anything to try to fix the problem,I moved to Clarenville nfld ,the dealership there looked at the truck accessed the problem and fixed it ,problem was the radio .
