Sorry to hear that your experience was less than expected Gerard. We only found out the internet was down at opening and were assured by the provider it would be addresses quickly. Out of an abumdance of caution the recall was not performed in case it locked out the vehicle. We understand your frustration with the recahll and will share your feedback with the OEM.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our process for appointments works much like an emergency room. The appointments are booked to stagger the customers as it can be as many as 70 appts per day. The advisor does their best to summarize the issues and direct it to the technician qualified for the work. Sometimes they are longer on a job than expected, sometimes it works out that they are quicker. We understand your frustration if you are counting on a technician to be waiting for you to arrive, unfortunatley we can only do this when it is oil change / tire. Much of the troubleshooting takes a specialist and they aren't always immediatley available. Thank you for your feedback.

We can appreciate your frustration Karla and perhaps it is a miscommunication from the team. Many customers hope / insist that their appointment time is when there will be a free tech waiting at their bay to service the vehicle at that exact moment. In reality it works much like other doctor or dentist appointments. The appointment times are used to stagger the flow of customers so 10 bays can service 55 customers per day. Unfortunately not all appointments are oil changes and not all concerns and issues have a simple fix. We are continually working on our processes and effeciency and will be sure to provide your feedback to the team.
