Was having an issue with a vehicle that another dealer had for 2 months and couldn’t seem to pinpoint the cause of it. There was a miscommunication at the beginning. I believed my services were scheduled for 9 am but it turns out that was my appt to drop off the car. I had brought my laptop to work during the appo I believed my services were scheduled for 9 am but it turns out that was my appt to drop off the car. I had brought my laptop to work during the appointment but instead had to go home. I was not paid during that half hour. When my vehicle was ready (after they tried to upsell 3 things), I was told a cab would be at my house to pick me up at 12:30. I took a half hour off work. The cab never showed up. I texted the dealership twice and got no response. So I called the cab company only to be told no cab was requested. I had been waiting for 45 minutes at that point. I asked the cab company to send me a cab which they picked me up about 1h10 minutes AFTER I was supposed to be picked up. I had only taken 30 minutes off work but instead waited an hour plus it took a half an hour to drive there and back. It was a frustrating experience. I believe the work on my car was ok, other than the upselling.i said yes to recommending as I'm not convinced this experience is the norm, and I had great service prior. More
