My appointment for OIL CHANGE was for 8. 15 am, and got my car back at noon. Not the first time that I booked appointment for a special time and get it back k after 3 or 4 hours and it's jus 15 am, and got my car back at noon. Terrible experience. They don’t honour appointment times. They will tell you your vehicle is on the hoist when your sitting in there parking lot looking at it. They will say I’m talking to mechanic and just leave you on hold until the call drops. Also good luck getting warranty work done. I’m trading my jeep after visiting Moncton Chrysler. Buying a Subaru. My 5th Chrysler product and my last. NEVER EVER again. More
