My appointment for OIL CHANGE was for 8. 15 am, and got my car back at noon. Not the first time that I booked appointment for a special time and get it back k after 3 or 4 hours and it's jus 15 am, and got my car back at noon. Terrible experience. They don’t honour appointment times. They will tell you your vehicle is on the hoist when your sitting in there parking lot looking at it. They will They don’t honour appointment times. They will tell you your vehicle is on the hoist when your sitting in there parking lot looking at it. They will say I’m talking to mechanic and just leave you on hold until the call drops. Also good luck getting warranty work done. I’m trading my jeep after visiting Moncton Chrysler. Buying a Subaru. My 5th Chrysler product and my last. NEVER EVER again. More

I was disappointed to find out that I have to make a second appointment for my repair because your call centre didn’t give the shop enough time for my service and replace a bad wheel bearing which was p second appointment for my repair because your call centre didn’t give the shop enough time for my service and replace a bad wheel bearing which was part of the reason I made the appointment as well as a oil change which was still ok for 2000 km I don’t have any issues with the shop or service writer My issue is the call centre making appointments and frankly I don’t think she knew what a wheel bearing is Thanks More
