I guess I was spoiled by the service that George Kitson and John Bates gave, but they had many years of experience in making us feel as part of the Toyota family. My service rep Matt was able to answer other questions about use of the vehicle as the manual is less than perfect at clear explanations. The timing was a couple of hours to finish and met expectations for the servicing. More

Excellent service My 2015 Corolla needed regular maintenance and the appointment was scheduled with Jessica, my regular Service Advisor. She explained what was required My 2015 Corolla needed regular maintenance and the appointment was scheduled with Jessica, my regular Service Advisor. She explained what was required and estimated when to return, but then phoned to explain that the mechanic determined that brake service was required. Jessica provided a new estimate for both cost and a pick-up time, which was correct. That was heads-up personal involvement to communicate a new issue, and a great example of Jessica's great dedicated service! More

Disappointed We previously requested the service to be finished by 12pm. We show up at our scheduled time at 8:15pm. Albert Hung comes at 10am informing me that ad We previously requested the service to be finished by 12pm. We show up at our scheduled time at 8:15pm. Albert Hung comes at 10am informing me that additional services are needed. I asked if it would be done by 12pm. He says, he would need 2 hours. I agree. He comes back 1 min later and gives me a cost of $761 to complete the service. I still agree. It's now 1pm and I am patiently waiting, no one bothers to give me an update to say its running later than expected. Which I don't mind, because I know they are busy, but a courtesy update would be nice. I get to the cashier and the bill is over $1000. I question the price as Albert said it was 761. He comes back and forgot to mention that 761 was the additional cost on top of the original scheduled maintenance. Even though I don't look Chinese, I spoke to him in Cantonese asking, how much was that? I could tell he was surprised and embarrassed. He explained and tapped me on my shoulder and said, "I am sorry" So for some constructive feedback on Albert Hung: Be honest with prices, be honest with approximate wait times and a courtesy update from time to time wouldn't hurt. More
