Had an appointment but it would take 2 hours to assess the situation so left waiting for call. Two hours later car ready and no charge because it was a recall. (I had mentioned the recall but wondered if I would have been charged otherwise. In retrospect, also wondered why I wasn't nofitied of the recall. Have since registered for alerts.) The only negative thing, when I spoke to the associate about my concern and the extreme danger of wipers stopping in a rain storm while on the highway without warning he just shrugged and seemed indiffernent. Only one other dealership was able to offer me a price that is comparable with what Mississauga Toyota offered. Particularly, the internet sales department is excellent. All the communications were done through emails and I visited the dealership to sign the documents. More
