Doing great They are doing great for the maintenance of my 2014 RAV4 since I’ve got this suv from this dealer. Only recently when they did oil change, flashing o They are doing great for the maintenance of my 2014 RAV4 since I’ve got this suv from this dealer. Only recently when they did oil change, flashing of water coolant and transmission fluid, the service guy did not put the screw of plastic cover underneath the engine properly. I have noticed this morning that a part of it is hanging. Next time please check every screws before you release any vihicle. Just a suggestion More
Excessive wait time despite appointment I had a terrible customer service experience. I had booked a regular service (oil change, tire rotation) for 1:30. I arrived at 1:25 and was served at 2:00, much later than my appointed time. The appointment was to have taken 1 hour, but my vehicle was released to me at 4:00. I am disappointed with the service I received. More

Fluids check I dropped in to have my car checked before an upcoming road trip. Although I didnt have an appointment, the car was given a complimentary check in abo I dropped in to have my car checked before an upcoming road trip. Meets more than expectations I came for my 3 service on July 6 2019. Jessica was there to greet me although i was before my appointed time. She explained about the service and tol I came for my 3 service on July 6 2019. Jessica was there to greet me although i was before my appointed time. She explained about the service and told about the waiting time. Since i did not want to wait for too long i wanted a drop off to home which was duly arranged. Tony the shuttle driver is a positive and fantastic guy he dropped me and picked up and really appreciate his professionalism. Also met Peter my sales adviser who dropped by to meet when i was in customer lounge, really helpful and understanding person. Jessica informed me that the car is ready for pick up the moment i reached home. The service was done fast, reliable and took less time than expected. I really recommend Jessica for her professional competency for her work and best of luck for future. More

Worry free I went to dealership to check potential new purchase and remembered I got a card advising of a recall on my 2004 Toyota Matrix. They found there were I went to dealership to check potential new purchase and remembered I got a card advising of a recall on my 2004 Toyota Matrix. They found there were more recalls and made appointment to fix them very quickly. But took time to ensure they will have part to fix all. When I left car, I had additional questions and Bryan answered all with very detail explanations and alleviated my worries regarding items I did not have appointment for. It was a very good experience. More
