This review is not for the service department itself, but for the person I had to deal with. I have had some serious issues with the engine of my Hyundai Tucson among other issues, my representative was Harp for the person I had to deal with. Harpreet is the most unprofessional person I have had to deal with, he does not respond to a call, voicemail, or text, his excuse was that he did not have my number (even though it is in the system, and I had left it several times with him) He laughed when I politely asked him why he had not answered any of my calls or messages, and up until today (3 months later) I am still waiting for him to respond to a simple question in regard to my refund. He did not send my invoice to certain places on time, delaying many things. I have always ask for a different representative now, because I will not deal with someone this unprofessional again. More

Sid from the Finance department is unprofessional and ignores my emails. I requested cancellation of one of the warranty add-ons they mandate to purchase the car, The Warranty can be cancelled within 60 days after the date of purchase as per the contract. Sid initially ignored my request for more than a week. After sending a reminder, he replied with excuses for not processing the cancellation request and stopped responding to emails.
