Last week, we drove out again to Mississauga to check out the Bought a Santa Fe in 2009 from Mississauga Hyundai because they offered the best price. Last week, we drove out again to Mississauga to check out the Ultimate. Quin was great in helping us understand the features. Although we were only checking out the new cars without any plan to purchase now, Quin brought over Kenny who offered a deal that we couldn't turn down. This included getting a good price for our 12 year old trade-in. When we said that we live in mid town Toronto, Kenny said that they could deliver the vehicle to our house and pick up the trade-in. Fahad was the delivery coordinator who brought the new vehicle on Friday, and then spent over 2 hours running through the settings and features of the car. Overall, a great team. More

It is often not much fun purchasing a new vehicle. You are told one thing then another and another. The original story seems to.change with the wind?? Then comes a "breath of fresh air"...That being Kenny are told one thing then another and another. The original story seems to.change with the wind?? What a great "Tag Team"...Both sincere and straight forward from the initial "ring of the bell"...Happy to highly recommend them with much enthusiasm. Warranty Scam Alert.Do not purchase the XWRP warranty Warranty Scam Alert. Do not purchase the XWRP warranty from Mississauga Hyundai. I made this mistake during the sale of my Hyundai Sonata. Was told i Warranty Scam Alert. Do not purchase the XWRP warranty from Mississauga Hyundai. I made this mistake during the sale of my Hyundai Sonata. Was told if it was not used I would be able to claim the full amount back and it would be refunded. This is written on my bill of sale. Time comes to make my claim, the dealership confirms and provides the confirmation that I did not use any of the warranty. However they failed to provide me at the time of sale the XWRP warranty certificate that had a certificate number on it that XWRP required. Contacted Mississauga Hyundai again asking for this and no response. I have been following up with the consistently to provide this but decided to call XWRP to inquire if there was a time frame to make my claim. I was advised it was 30-60 days. I am well past this and likely will have quite a fight on my hand. After more research I am not the 1st person Mississauga Hyundai has done this with and likely won't be the last. Also XWRP after more research has a reputation of not providing this warranty refund so I would have likely been fighting with both companies. I feel Mississauga Hyundai should refund my warranty as I paid this to them as part of the sale, they can deal with XWRP on the return of the funds. Very poor customer service in regards to this issue, but I guarantee if I wanted to buy another car they would try to sell me the same garbage. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. I am currently looking into legal action or this scam. More

slow service, unreliable vehicles and Zero Customer appreciation or service. my 2019 already needs a new transmission - no explanation of what happened and why it requires a new transmission with not e appreciation or service. my 2019 already needs a new transmission - no explanation of what happened and why it requires a new transmission with not even 50000 k. The dealership has left me with no car for a month and are not willing to provide me with some customer service. Thanks to the warranty that's the only thing that has worked in my favor. Thank you Hyundai and number #1 fan - run away from this place and this poor quality brand. More
