Sid from the Finance department is unprofessional and ignores my emails. I requested cancellation of one of the warranty add-ons they mandate to purchase the car, The Warranty can be cancelled within 60 days after the date of purchase as per the contract. Sid initially ignored my request for more than a week. After sending a reminder, he replied with excuses for not processing the cancellation request and stopped responding to emails. Please be careful with this dealer More
