This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced is at this dealership. Service manager very rude and not helpful. It is not my first time taking back my SUV which bought my SUV there ha experienced is at this dealership. Service manager very rude and not helpful. It is not my first time taking back my SUV which bought my SUV there have to take it back three times and every time they act like they are doing you a favour. Poor customer service form jump. My son-in-law Andy did all of the personal purchase process with Deepak Lalchan at Mississauga Hyundai. Deepak understood that I could not personally attend so I spoke to him on the telephone while An process with Deepak Lalchan at Mississauga Hyundai.
