I would like to thank Milton Toyota for the amazing 18. 5years we owned our Toyota Sienna van. We purchased it brand new from them and drove it for the 18.5 years and accumulated over 679000KM. It has now come to the end of its life as we move to a third Toyota product in our family. Our other Toyota is a Camry we also purchased from Milton Toyota brand new and it has 350K+ on it. Milton Toyota is the WORST dealership. I went in to take over a lease, they wanted to buy it, but they offered the seller a lower offer than mine and the seller decided to go with my offer I went in to take over a lease, they wanted to buy it, but they offered the seller a lower offer than mine and the seller decided to go with my offer. They played a sneaky game to get my lease takeover application declined as they were interested. After 2 weeks of wasted time, I found out they submitted the wrong application for me and I was declined. Seller had no other option but to sell his car to Milton Toyota. What a shame! Will never have business with them ever again More

When I came to the dealer, they didn't even want to check or diagnose it, giving me an appointment in 2 weeks since they told me that they are very busy for the entire season. Before the purchase and after purchase, the service is totally opposite. I am very disappointed that they did not want to take a look to diagnose my new vehicle, which is only three weeks old from the time I purchased from them. More

I took my Nissan truck in to Milton Toyota for an appraisal, they offered $14,500 if I traded it in on a 2023 Corolla Cross. The next week I took it to a used car dealership in Milton, they bought i appraisal, they offered $14,500 if I traded it in on a 2023 Corolla Cross. The next week I took it to a used car dealership in Milton, they bought it for $17,500 no trade just a cash deal. I emailed M.T. to tell them $3000 is quite a difference especially when I am a 20yr M.T. customer and they didn't even respond. I will buy at another dealer for my next new car purchase. More

My fiance bought a certified 2015 Corolla from Milton Toyota. The tires they put on the car were full of dry rot and unsafe for the road. When confronted with this they only offered to sell us a new set Toyota. The tires they put on the car were full of dry rot and unsafe for the road. When confronted with this they only offered to sell us a new set of tires at cost, this is absolutely terrible customer service. You can't sell a certified car without safe tires. Do not buy here as they clearly try and cut corners. More

My experience was always good at Milton Toyota but this last time was exceptional. Alister (or Allister) was an extremely the young man at the service dept that helped me and he went over and above his dut last time was exceptional.
