Oil change appointment at 3:15 pm but my service advisor was not available and I was told to wait in the waiting room until they were back. After waiting an hour I went to see what was going on and no one was not available and I was told to wait in the waiting room until they were back. So then I was there for another 45 minutes while they did the oil change. More

I took my truck in for an oil change and when I got home I noticed that on my receipt they had put in 0w20 oil when my truck takes 5w30 oil. When I took it back they were not very friendly and somewhat co I noticed that on my receipt they had put in 0w20 oil when my truck takes 5w30 oil. When I took it back they were not very friendly and somewhat confused. I said why not look at the filler cap which states that it requires 5w30. After the service advisor confirmed that he went to get a technician and they told me that technician doesn’t look at the paperwork just puts in the oil recommended on the filler cap. Looks like I was charged for the more expensive oil. Don’t trust these guys and will get an oil change somewhere else to make sure it’s done right. Rip off!! More
