Horrible customer service Horrible Customer Service. Bought Vehicle in at 9am. Was just getting a brake estimate. No service.done..nothing. Just a basic inspection. $40.. I called around lunch time 12 to see how it was going since i had to be home for 330pm to get kids from the bus. Long story short. I called 8x throughout the day to get info on how long.no one answered my calls, returned my phone calls..NOTHING! Better yet.. No one even offered me a shuttle knowing i had to pick my kids up for 330. The time i got.my vehicle it was 4:15pm ! I wasnt happy at all. Went to pick it up and the vehicle wasnt even outside was still in the shop..i got the run around that they were calling around all day for prices. BS ! Someone could of updated me..notified me.. Something.. Ive heard brutal things about this location and I will not be back or recommending it! More
