I have an EV. I do not think that the service advisor knows what an EV is. I mentioned regenerative braking. I had to explain to her what that was and how it avoid conventional brake wear. I showed up the dealership to have my wheel re-torqued at 12 noon, and was told to go away and come back half an hour later as it was lunchtime. I am not a happy camper and will be looking elsewhere for my service needs. Another example of their lack of EV knowledge is tire pressure. Mu vehicle has a recommended tire pressure of 262 kpa or close to 38 pounds. The car was returned to me with between 235 and 240 kPa or close to 10 percent low. I had to pump up the tires when I got home to avoid low tire pressure alarms. More

i got my Escalate back from a 45.000 Tune up , Greasy and thirty on the Outside, after being a Customer for a long time, CTS and others. after telling the Service Person DAVE ZEGARSKI....he did not know and thirty on the Outside, after being a Customer for a long time, CTS and others. after telling the Service Person DAVE ZEGARSKI....he did not know about the "Cadillac promise"..or anything about Service. he drove my Escalate out for me, no Mask, and never wiped down the Inside if you want to sell Cadillac's over 100gs, you have to train your Staff Mike Jackson, we are not in the 70s anymore. & nobody wears a Mask there, Office & Mechanics alike run in and out, no Masks. i was dolt when i made the Appointment, by a nice Lady, Indira i think her Name was , that the Car will be clean, inside and out. just having a Website saying what you do for protection is not good enough.
