waiting... The reason for my review is that I had made an appointment ahead of time to have the technician investigate a noise in the car. As it turns out, the air filter, which had been removed during certification, had not been re-installed properly. Thankfully a quick fix, but I waited for almost 90 minutes. I can appreciate there are times when the service department is busy, but then a heads up that it may take a while would be helpful, especially since I had an appointment time. I could have returned to work or gotten a ride home. Other than that, staff were helpful and friendly. More

Slipping in thrid gear I took my 2004 350z in for an oil and summer tire change. I mentioned to Rod that I was having a slippage between third and fourth gear. After visiting multiple service shops over the two years I moved from Whitby two years ago after having dealt with Nissan for the previous 18 months. After visiting multiple service shops over the two years since, I finally made my appointment with Nissan Whitby and made the trip for service. I haven't been able to find anywhere else that provides the level of customer service that I find there. It's worth the 1.5 drive to have that peace of mind. Thanks for being there Whitby Nissan. More
