He has a quiet and knowledgeable manner and knows the workings of the car, answering all the questions I had. A buyer never knows when the price is fair, but I came away happy and compared it to various Toronto dealers. The only thing that bothered me (my fault, not Tim's) was failing to notice that the purchase document included an add-on of some $390 for tire and rim insurance. This was not something that I would have purchased. When I returned to the dealership the following week, the car looked like it was new. That's how well the delivery detailing was done. One wrinkle was that the original manual with the service records could not be located. Instead, a manual for a coupe was provided. There are obvious differences in sedans vs coupes and I asked Ted to order the proper manual, which he did. Also, I failed to note at delivery that the CarProof report was not with the documentation. Again, Tim has provided good customer service and has committed to provide it. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim and this dealership. More
