I called up the dealership about a car I saw on the auto trader and I was directed to Lacey. She was very professional during the entire experience, from having the car warmed up and ready for a test drive upon arrival. From negotiations to the final purchase of sale Lacey was friendly, positive and helpful in answering all my questions. She was fantastic during the sale and even after I picked up. I highly recommend anyone looking at that dealership to call up and talk to Lacey. You won't be disappointed.
I do have one gripe however and it is with the company itself, not the individual dealership or Lacey. My friend recently bought a BMW, and when he picked it up, they gave him small little gifts, like a mug, baseball cap, a cleaning package for his car along with a proprietary BMW air freshener. Although these things are minor and wouldn't be a deal breaker for anyone, they are small things that customers notice and appreciate. I don't think its too much of a big deal or costly for MB to enforce a similar policy at its dealerships much like at BMW (their rival). Let me stress though, this is not a knock in any way against Lacey, but only against the company as a whole.
