I cut the maintenance desk lying to me saying that my car was driven for over one hour to find the problem, but when I checked, it was only driven for 5 km. Also, ever since I brought it in for service my br was driven for over one hour to find the problem, but when I checked, it was only driven for 5 km. AND the experience with the receptionist was awful, she was talking so fast over you and would not allow me to explain my situation, she was so rude I wish I don’t have to talk to her in the future at all.
