Exceeded my expectations This is my second purchase with Heritage Valley MB. The first purchase was when it was formerly Weber MB. The experience then wasn't great at all, the This is my second purchase with Heritage Valley MB. The first purchase was when it was formerly Weber MB. The experience then wasn't great at all, therefore I didn't have high expectations this time around. However, since moving to the new location, I felt that the customers were finally being heard. The staff no longer had the attitude of relying on the brand to sell itself resulting in not caring about their customers. Instead they put effort and provided excellent customer service. Florin was wonderful to work with despite the fact that I showed frustration and disappointment in the 1 month delay in delivering my vehicle. With the delay, I was left with no vehicle as my previous one was privately sold, but Florin offered a loaner during the wait. Ultimately this delay was out of their control due to weather conditions and transport company. Several hiccups took place during the week leading up to the day of delivery, but in the end they delivered and Florin did his best to communicate the status with me with the little information he was provided. Although Florin was the main point of contact, I'm aware it took a team to address and resolve some of the obstacles they faced and in attempting to make the client/me leaving the dealership happy, so thank you. Finally, the simple act of the sales manager stepping outside to thank you for the patience and purchase is truly appreciated. Thank you Yoshi. Customer service can truly make or break the experience, and when dealing with a larger purchase you would hope for exceptional service. I'm glad to see that Heritage Valley MB is aiming for that.
