I just purchased my 3rd Benz. We drove to Edmonton to test drive an Audi Q5 and on our way home, decided to stop in at Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley. Although we had no appointment and Peter was working with other customers, he came out to greet us and find out what we were looking for, and then arranged for us to test drive 2 vehicles. Long story short, our experience with Peter and Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley was a refreshing change from other M-B dealerships we have dealt with. He was extremely helpful in making the deal, and made things very accommodating over text. He worked on the deal from home to ensure I was happy with the finances piece. He has been extremely professional with every encounter, and I was very satisfied with how he put together our deal. Lacey Elgie made my day. When I picked up my car for tinting and dropping off the loaner, she was invaluable. There was a mark on the car, and she made sure it was cleaned up. She got me the phone numbers of people I needed, got me price quotes, and she was willing to take on any further questions or answers. She was willing to go the extra mile and liaised with Mark as well. Very happy with my experience with Lacey. Eddy Chang has been wonderful and thoughtful. He made sure we knew the details before signing the agreements. He made the service agreements much more easy to understand, and the detail packages. He was very helpful in getting the car going with insurance, license plate, and all of the paperwork. He treated me very well, and easy to ask any deal-related question. Mike Handous was also very courteous whenever I have seen him as well. Overall, I had a poor experience with Mercedes Heritage Valley in August 2016. That changed with this car experience in buying my C43. Mark, Robert, Lacey and Eddy have completely changed my opinion and I am proud to have leased my car from you guys. More
