I originally began my new vehicle search from out of province and although it took a couple of weeks to complete the deal at no time did I feel any pressure from the staff to finalize my purchase. Kevin Zinyk and Mike Handous were an absolute pleasure to deal with on the sales side. We arrived at a great price on a perfect condition CPO vehicle and Kevin sent me lots of detailed pics which made me feel very comfortable with the condition without the need to visit the dealership. Mike Garner was also very easy to deal with and kept me up-to-date on the progress of the PDI, PPF install and shipment details. The entire process from start to finish, although long (due to 3 weeks in transit) was painless and professional. I can't say enough good things about Kevin, Mike, Mike and Heritage Valley.
