Mason met with us on his day off and we found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with in our successful visit. Very unprofessional experience. Went to look at a new Mercedes GLS, driving a GLC now. They had one available and I was very interested in this vehicle. The manager test drove my GL Went to look at a new Mercedes GLS, driving a GLC now. They had one available and I was very interested in this vehicle. The manager test drove my GLC and he promised to get back to me that same day or the next day with some numbers so we could finish the sale. Unfortunately he did not call back. I called him and left a message on his personal number…. no reply at all. Even my good friend called him, because he is a very good customer at Heritage, bought 3 brand new Mercedes .He left 2 messages for the manager….no reply. I had left my GLC for service B at the dealership. Because I was away for work I went to get my car a few days later. Before I left for my work trip they had agreed to put the GLS inside so I could have a better look at it when I would come back. Great what a service! Well that did not work out that way. When I came back, already very disappointed he never called us back, they did not even take the effort to talk to me. I waited and nobody came to me to talk and show the car I came to the conclusion that this was a very unproffesional dealer ship. I picked up my GLC and finally before leaving, the manager spoke to my friend and he asked if he could speak to me. I told hem that I was very disappointed in him, no calls back. No communication at all. He told me he had given the info to a salesperson….well….????? Really….he then told me that the GLS was SOLD….are you serious…..he test drove my GLC to look what the trade will be on the GLS….this is not acceptable…and that is what I told him. He tried to sell some other models…but I had enough of his behaviour and I told him he just lost a sale…his reaction…fair enough….wow and this is the manager…. Just be aware More
Went to this dealer to look at a couple used cars. Asked salesman some basic questions about things on both cars as far as options and motor etc. I knew most of all the answers but wanted to see his respons salesman some basic questions about things on both cars as far as options and motor etc. I knew most of all the answers but wanted to see his response, well he didn’t know anything about his product and was answering at least 6 different questions with xx. All he was concerned with is trying to make a sale not long term relationships. Will go somewhere else. More
Sam Nazzal called me back after business hours on his own time within an hour of me leaving a message at Heritage Valley. I was calling from out of province to say I was interested in a 2011 M-class for my time within an hour of me leaving a message at Heritage Valley. I was calling from out of province to say I was interested in a 2011 M-class for my daughter. Within the first minute of our conversation, I could tell Sam was a high quality person that wanted to help. He told me what he knew about the car and that he would learn all he could and get back to me the next day. He did just that with an inspection review, photos, videos, and a long text message that included every little scratch, rock chip, and wheel ding that he knew I would want to know about since I couldn't see the car in person. Sam knew how important it was for me to get a sound, safe car for my child. He promised he would approach the purchase as if it were for his own child. He did just that. We had many texts, emails, phone calls about the car before I committed to fly to Edmonton. When I arrived, Sam picked me up at the airport in the car on his day off! We test drove it, went over every detail and he made sure I asked every question I had. Sam was warm and kind and straight forward, not salesman like at all. Alex helped with financing and an assurance that I would have no problems with the car; he was just as high quality as Sam. I was in and out of the dealership in 1.5 hours and on the road. I drove the car for 8 hours in sheer luxury. It passed the out-of-province inspection with flying colours and has been a dream car. I rate my experience as a 10/10 and encourage anyone interested in a Mercedes (whether out of province or not) to work with Sam and Alex - The Dream Team from Heritage Valley! P.S. 11/10 actually. I was in Mercedes-Benz Heritage Dealership in Edmonton today on August 23, 2021. I was hoping to see the GLC coupe and was considering to buy one. However, this dealer has the worst customer service I hav today on August 23, 2021. I was hoping to see the GLC coupe and was considering to buy one. However, this dealer has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was not greeted when I walked in, but that is ok. The worst part was, I was in the dealership for more than 15 minutes. I passed by many sales or personnel in the dealership. Not a single person attended to my needs or asked what I wanted to see. Not one! The sales were either talking to each other or just at their desk doing their own thing. It was not even. busy in the dealership. Therefore, with the above experience, I will definitely let my friends know not to go to Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley because of the poor, non-existent service. Mercedes corporate should take a look at this dealership. More
I can not express how thankful I am for Marcel in service. We had a surprise transmission leak, and of corse it happened on a Friday afternoon! Marcel was able to get the vehicle in to be repaired w service. We had a surprise transmission leak, and of corse it happened on a Friday afternoon! Marcel was able to get the vehicle in to be repaired while we waited. The price was fair and we were able to get everything sorted out before the end of the work day. My first visit as an out of town customer and was impressed. Started with the service dept. opening the door for me early as i drove 4.5 hours to get there...not scolded for using the service doors impressed. The service team took note that i had to wait as i was far from home and eager to travel back before bad weather set in. Communication was clear and precise and service was carried out with recommendations included. I will be back to this dealership for more service. More
