I asked and paid for a diagnosis which was clearly proven incorrect the very next day. When I called about it the response was very cavalier. I would submit a formal complaint but a convinced it would ju incorrect the very next day. When I called about it the response was very cavalier. Maintenance department 10/10 I have a 2014 Mercedes CLS 63 S and a 2005 CLK 55 AMG Convertible. I love that confidence inspired feeling of knowing no corners were cut when maintenance work was performed on 63 S and a 2005 CLK 55 AMG Convertible. I love that confidence inspired feeling of knowing no corners were cut when maintenance work was performed on my autobahn machines. I do my portion by doing Italian tune-ups on my Edmonton Vancouver road trips. The MB team does theirs. Thank you! More
Expensive oil change, low quality loaner vehicle, did not advise me if my vehicle was ready until I phoned. When I went to pickup at 5:30, service dept closed, told I could pay and get keys at front desk. Ab advise me if my vehicle was ready until I phoned. When I went to pickup at 5:30, service dept closed, told I could pay and get keys at front desk. Able to pay but receptionist could not answer any questions about what was done. Gave me keys and told vehicle was at back of building, spent 10 minutes looking (around DARK lot), couldn’t find car, went back to receptionist and told car was actually in front lot. Car NOT washed. Not impressed!! More
A little disappointed that my cabin dust filter was replaced after only putting on 3000km in 1 year. When I checked the vehicle in I mentioned that all I thought was needed was an oil change and filte replaced after only putting on 3000km in 1 year. After waiting just over 2 hours for the service to be completed I just paid the invoice and left without saying anything. Next time I will be a little more involved More
The staff were polite and friendly. We had requested a loaner vehicle and we were looked after promptly. We asked the service person if they would remove it but were they are unable to do so. Why is it not possible for them to do this. More
