A story of failure and redemption. I had my 2015 E550 in on more than two occasions for a suspension failure. Unfortunately, none of the repairs solved my problem. The last time the fa I had my 2015 E550 in on more than two occasions for a suspension failure. Unfortunately, none of the repairs solved my problem. The last time the failure occurred, I called the dealership to speak with the service departments service reps. I left 2 voicemails. One on the general service department voicemail and another with my vehicles service representative, who I had been working with the entire time. I did not receive a return call. After waiting an additional 24 hours with no reply, I sent an email to Troy Delowsky (Fixed Operations Manager). Troy called me the same morning and to my surprise, he had already spoken with his team and developed a solution. My car was picked up within hours and taken to be repaired. The repair took a couple days, the communication was excellent during this period. After many visits I finally received Mercedes-Benz level service, thanks to Troy. With that said, I do have to mention, one of the underneath covers for the vehicle was not secured properly (this is not a critical piece, however it is a factory part of the car). There is a underneath cover on each side of the vehicle, the cover on the drivers side was secured properly and as designed, with two bolts. The other side, the passenger side, was secured with two Zip Ties! Not even large industrial zip ties - small puny zip ties - it broke off. Overall, much improved compared to prior experiences. More
