Had a great experience when we purchased our GLB250 in May. We had to have some warranty work done and it was dealt with professionally from the service advisor(Silvio) to the service tech. Since June 3, 2025 to date December 3 my 2025E 450 has been at the dealership for more than six weeks in total. Great facility. Service was prompt but incomplete. One of my service items that I booked well in advance for was completely overlooked, was not diagnosed and I was t Service was prompt but incomplete. One of my service items that I booked well in advance for was completely overlooked, was not diagnosed and I was told I would have to book back in for the issue. I live 5 hours away from an MB dealership. I always make sure to be very clear about my needs so that they are met while I’m in Edmonton. Sadly, our service advisor slipped this one up and now it will cost me more time and travel to get back sometime in the future. More
