The sales person Dharam Taylor was beyond excellent, and made the experience of purchasing a brand new Mercedes very pleasant. I highly recommend him and the dealership. He was very thorough, knowledgable and came across with very low pressure throughout the process and we didn't feel any of that sales pressure that we worry about when shopping for a new vehicle. Believe it or not we initially called and spoke to Dharam explaining our situation advising him of what we were exactly looking for over the phone, he was straight forward and didn't unnecessarily waste our time. While we were waiting for the financing to come through he continued to oversee all aspects related to purchasing the vehicle he even made it a point to call us a few weeks later to ask how we are doing and how the experience has been driving the new Mercedes.
