Just bought an E-class and both Dharam Taylor and Shelley went above and beyond. Found me the vehicle I wanted within two days, the whole process just took two hours. I was busy at work and got to the dealership late but they all were there waiting. Dharam, especially stayed until I was able to get the car. Detailing folks had left for the day and I insisted to get the car since wanted to surprise the wife. Dharam himself detailed the car and got it ready for me. I would strongly recommend connecting with him if you want a transparent, no pressure experience. Kudos to Mercedes Benz West. More
