We decided to look at the Mercedes GL350 Bluetec at Mercedes Edmonton West. We had previously purchased another Mercedes there from Dharam Taylor, and so decided to meet with him again. For the second transaction he was as thorough, hardworking and professional as we remembered from our initial visit. Having a good relationship with an honest salesperson makes all the difference when you are buying a vehicle. You want to know all the ins and outs of what can be a complicated business deal, and with Dharam we definitely felt he was upfront and very straightforward in his communication. He continued working for us for a few months to ensure everything we had discussed was following through smoothly. I appreciate how personable, patient and accommodating he was to us while we made our final decision. I love my SUV!
