Post sales lacks service, commitment and truthfulness. Was charged extra after the final price and gave excuses that were lies. At the end we were handaded the standard Mercedes package, a bag, a blanket and two coffee mugs. After 11 days, and asking it a couple of times, still have not received code for the app. Initially my delivery was set for Dec 1 @12PM. After choosing the extra option, it was delayed to 3 PM same dat due to extra prep work needed. On the day of the delivery I received a call around 12:45 that they were expecting me to receive the car. I explained that it was set for 3 PM. We agreed to meet at 4 PM. About 30 minutes later I got another call to reschedule it which I could not. Clearly the dealership didn't know what was going on. More
