My wife and I purchased a new Journey from Menzies. The sales person we had (Ajeet)was very friendly and did his very best to get us what we wanted. When we picked up our new car he took the time to show us how everything worked and went through the other details of the car too. I went to this dealership twice to inquire about buying a new or used car (the second time a year later) . The salesman I dealt with was rude and talked down to me both times. If he thought he was not going new or used car (the second time a year later) . The salesman I dealt with was rude and talked down to me both times. If he thought he was not going to make the sale in the first 5 minutes he got pushy and demanding. Told me the first time he wasn't sure why I was there. The second told me it was pointless to take the material on the vehicle, he demanded to know why I didn't buy the vehicle the year before. I will never buy vehicle at this dealership, and recommend people should avoid Menzies unless they want to deal with pushy rude sales staff. More
